Not happy at all. A sanction was made on my payment because of me missing one phone call. I made this known and have attended appointments since but nothing was done. I was refused a hardship payment and was told to ask close relatives for money. Because of this I have not been able to afford my monthly bills. AVOID.

This is not a review of the staff that I have been in contact with but more about an incident I witnessed this morning in which a lady was semi stripped searched on the public road by officers which was humiliation at its worst. Granted that I was not in presence of incident that took place in the job centre but two male officers initially was present and then a female officer joined who did the search with some staff rubbernecking. I have made a formal complaint to the police regarding their officers conduct.

I would like to thank the security guys for their care and efficiency. My wife has mobility problems and they fell over backwards to make sure she arrived were the appointment was safely. The young lady who dealt with my wife's claim brought her laptop closer to shorten the distance she had to walk. A big THANK YOU for looking after us.
