        Went to penny farthings 11th Feb 2023 to have my tragus pieced , As soon as I entered the shop the people work there were so friendly, went upstairs for the piecing and was met by a really friendly lady, my details were taken down and off we went into a spotlessly sterile room, It was vertally painfree and done so quickly, made my experience a good one

        Having been in contact with Fran regarding ordering a delivery, I feel that the service I received was immaculate! She kept in contact with me regularly and updated me about delivery, she resent and edited an invoice. Absolutely amazing customer service.
