I ordered a few prints & frames recently from Beauty and the Button & they arrived in perfect condition. The prints are on good quality, thick card & look fantastic. I also loved the nice little message cards added into the order by the company. The kind of sweet gesture you can only get from a small company who cares for their customer.

An honest review, I would also have probably given 4 out 5 for this small niche business due to their quirky products for a different market....but based on my last experience with them....it'll have to be 2 out of 5. I've ordered a few products from this website, as I say due to their niche products but have encountered an issue with the last product that I purchased (more on this later). Prior to this purchase it had mainly been mugs for a few occasions and one mug started to leak which I emailed about and was duly sent out a new mug....that's how I expect service to no matter what size the business. On my last purchase (a special frame and sikh scripture from our holy bible) which was for an anniversary gift, I presented to my wife only for her to point out that the frame was scratched. Now prior to opening, I'd been in receipt of the frame for a very long time, but I hadn't opened it as I wanted to present it to my wife as it was and in course hadn't noticed the issue with the frame. Now having contacted the business a few days ago, I was first told that I should've checked it within 48 hours of receiving it, as much as T'c & C's may state this, I accept blame here for not checking it but given the fact that my anniversary date was on the frame and I contacted them on that specific date....surely a bit of common sense would've prevailed and the business have thought....hhhmmm no wait, maybe he's not lying and it's his anniversary today and he hasn't checked it prior so let's see what we can do to assist him in a replacement. Secondly in an email reply I was told that they have a quality checking procedure, well it can't be fit for purpose as my wife noticed the issue within 10-20 seconds of her holding frame. Thirdly a resolution was given....I had to drive up to their factory/warehouse/main area of operation in order to get the frame exchanged. Many would argue well that seems an adequate enough resolution, if I lived 5 mins...10mins....no wait or even 20 mins away I'd have entertained it but living approximately 56mins away....it's simply not an option. I've since replied 'twice' but received no reply.....I'm not here to bash a fledgling business and as I say even though the items are priced as premium prices, I do believe in supporting small businesses but alas I felt that I had to leave an honest opinion on my experience. I hope that upon leaving this I may get some further traction or a better resolution and if that happens....I shall indeed come back and retract my statement above but right now I do feel disappointed.
