I am a new patient at the surgery, I would just like to say how impressed I have been with both the doctors and also the support staff. I feel extremely fortunate to be receiving my care at the medical office and I would like to give an honorable mention to Dr. Ayub who has both patience and compassion, thank you for your service.

I would like to share my experience with Griffits practice and both Dr Kasun and Doctor Gilles. I had bleeding over 4 weeks, feels poorly and keep loosing weight (over 12kg in 3 months time). Once I call Griffiths practice, Doctor Kasun refers me to the gynaecologist intermittently and helps me with meds to stop bleeding. I felt he listen me and he really cares. He ask about pregnancy but I said straight away therenis no chance - in january i had privatw scan and in that cycle was no chanses. How i would be pregnant in march? How stupid i was to not check. After my visit to the hospital in Stourbridge, the Gynaecologist wants to do ASAP hysteroscopy without even checking if I'm pregnant,without any blood tests. I was depressed and shocked. when i ask if is painful she said ,,yes but you will menage"- i never heard that before. My visit there last 2 minutes. I back to my GP, exhausted with bleeding, scared and hopeless. I felt professional where I was referred to didn't care. On Thursday morning, I spoke with Dr Gilles I felt safe again. I found out im pregnant - that has been another shock. He calms me down, explain my next steps, and straight away, I was referred to New Cross Hospital for a scan. They confirm I'm pregnant - unfortunately, it was ectopic pregnancy, and I need emergency surgery. it was heartbreaking for us. we tried so many years, and now this. also like cant belive Gynecologist where I was 3 days ago didn't bother to do a scan and wirh life threatening condition I went to the hospital. That's all was like bad movie, but I'm so soo soo soo appreciated to both doctors. I can clearly say they saved my life. I know a lot of us can be upset when we can't get an appointment, but I seriously, these doctors went above and beyond compared to gynecologists, and they did all to save my life.Thank you, doctors. Very bad service...trying to get appointment and when I did call got answer that very sorry all appointments has been booked time was 08:06am Really very bad service

Trying to get duty of care for myself has been atrocious. Never have I experienced such unprofessional people. Just today had an appointment with the nurse it was at 2.00pm and 20 past 2 nothing. Spoke to receptionist who relayed the nurse had an unexpected meeting with the doctor, me reminding her mine was an expected appointment. Still couldnt give me how long I would be waiting and thats the short version. Astonishing care. Wouldnt even give them one star. But wont let me post otherwise
