My family used M Jackson & Sons services for my family member. We actually changed from co-op to them and so glad we did. The professionalism, respect and thought Mark and his staff put into their work is impeccable. A painful time was eased knowing my loved one was in good and safe hands. No request we asked was a problem to them, they facilitated everything we asked for. We as a family still fondly talk about the company and how much of a positive impact they made on us, in the way they helped us co-ordinate through the formal processes with such empathy and warmth. M Jackson and Son were appointed to look after the funeral arrangements of my mother and the standard of care and communication was excellent , we were allowed to visit my mother in the Chapel of Rest whenever we wanted and it was so easy to talk over things with Mark Jackson. Everything was perfect on the day of the funeral and we were treated with utmost respect by Mark's team . I have no hesitation in recommending M Jackson & Son if you are looking to have an independent family establishment manage the funeral/s of your loved one/s.

M Jackson & Son funeral service's recently dealt with my late wife's passing and from the moment I entered their premises and met Debbie I knew I had made the correct choice, the way in which she dealt with the procedure was first class and explained everything in a way that I understood, nothing was too much trouble, and on the day of the funeral Mark was punctual and courteous and his staff were impeccably turned out, Mark guided us through the whole process and never rushed us. From my first contact with Mark at Jacksons Funeral Services to my last, I felt that he and his team was ensuring that my needs were met. I had rang other funeral places but didnt feel the warmth generated by Jacksons. Even little things like a phone call out the blue to check everything was ok, just made it feel very personal to me. The fees quoted were adhered to (some things which are clearly explained are extras) but the final fee was less than others were quoting. I never felt pressured or rushed in all my dealings. My mom passed away in September and we where really unsure on what to do as my mom passed away at home, my daughter looked on the internet and found Mark and said he had some very good reviews, I rang and Mark said he would come out to me this was at 4 am in the morning. Mark has been fantastic through out this awful time, he was very compassionate there was nothing to much for him to do. Mark I cannot thank you and your staff enough for all your help on such a sad time. Thank you
