Brilliant service and extremely helpful with all the questions we had as first time buyers. Checked in with us at times so we knew where we were at in the process. Took the time to go through things we were unsure of at times convenient for us around work. Highly recommend to use especially for first time buyers.

Throughout the past year or so, Daniel & Dionne of EFS have provided the utmost support throughout my house hunt and purchasing process. Daniel has displayed extraordinary patience and professionalism in explaining all elements of the services provided while also guiding me through as a first time buyer. Everything was so simple for me. Dionne would regularly check in with me, ensuring any queries I had were answered, providing any advice as and when required. This regular correspondence gave the warm fuzzy feeling that I was valued as a client. I would recommend EFS and Daniel & Dionne in future and definitely work with them again if the need arises.

I would highly recommend Daniel Watton from Embrace Financial Services. I have used Dan several times in the past and as always, he has provided excellent mortgage advise.. He is always cheerful, friendly and easily available to answer any questions or queries I have had. I will definitely be contacting Dan in the future.
