        Food missing . Shannon the manager proceeded to say if we collected she would replace only other option was just eat refund us missing items. Meal was ruined she then advised to get full refund lie to just eat and say food did not arrive. No customer service skills what so ever and slammed phone done. All recorded and awaiting response from management. Appalling and immature service

        4 orders in a row that we have half our food missing. These people want 15/h but can't get simple orders right when it's on a screen in front of them. When you ring them to tell them we have half our order missing, they just say "you have to contact uber eats". What use is contacting UE? They just deliver what your incompetent staff put in the bag. Tonight we have had to order a McDonald's to cover the missing items and tonight is the last time we order from KFC which is a shame because its our favorite takeaway but if we arent ever going to get what we order then what is the point. Beyond useless.
