    When I was looking for a small-factor monitor that looked good and fit my budget, a colleague recommended LilliputUK. I ordered the monitor online and it arrived the next day. excellentservice. strongly recommended

    Very poor customer service with failed promises. After I was informed that new stock had arrived I was promised a replacement monitor before Christmas. Unfortunately this failed to materialise. I now presumed the replacement would be sent out after the holiday. Paypal notified me of a refund so I called and spoke to Keith. I clarified what we agreed before Christmas and asked why a refund had been issued. This is where the story changed again. I was told the stock was for someone else! Well in that case why didn't they let me keep the unit I had until new stock was available? So now because of their incompetence and dishonesty I'm left without a monitor. Definately one of the worst customer experiences I've had.

    Excellent service and speedy, too. From the first telephone enquiry, it was a refreshing change to get straight through to a helpful and knowledgable person rather than call centre menus, etc. Keith was very helpful and my order arrived safely the next day. Even when a small accessory item was missing from the box, this was resolved quickly by Keith and rectified within 24 hours. Amazing personal service. Would definitely order from them again.
