Passing on a narrowboat and carried out a wash and dry. It was manned, I was helped by giving me change and information how to use the machines. The place and the machine are clean. I recommend and will use again

So in general this laundrette has great facilities. I went to do a wash and dry today and managed to get quite a lot done. Just to put things into context Im 6 months pregnant and felt slightly unwell at the end of my washing. I asked the women working there if they wouldnt mind helping me put my washing in the car boot for me as I was struggling and they rudely said NO. I was slightly taken back with their response. Is there any humanity or empathy left for other people? I was left quite upset. I dragged my washing to the boot and a lovely gentleman outside helped me once he realised I was struggling. Will not be using their laundrette again.

Fabulous friendly service. The attendant was very helpful providing change and advising on best use of the machines.
