Difficult to get an appointment as phone lines can be busy most of the time or you get cut off whilst on hold. Most of the doctors are understanding & helpful. Sarah the reception girl is so sweet, polite & attentive. Most of the other staff are unfriendly. Been coming here for over 25+ years and theres been a lot of new doctors as well as staff are also always changing. The only downfall is the rude patients with their phones blaring out loudly!

Ridiculous, when you try and phone for an appointment they NEVER answer whether thats from 8:30am when they OPEN till whatever time apparently all the appointments disappear even if you call at 8:30am, then when you turn up for your appointment you have to wait a good half hour to be accepted even though you were GIVEN an actual TIME appointment, receptionists never answer the phones, but when you actually walk in to the actual surgery to try and get to your appointment theyre all on phones? Honestly worst surgery Ive ever been registered to, I cant wait to switch.

I think Dr vij should be ashamed of his self, renting out a property that's full of mold making my neices, nephews and most of all my mom health conditions worse he kicked them out cause of the repairs and now he letting them out again with no repairs being done calls his self a Dr knowing the health he causing people, by sounds of it he not good at being a Dr neither both Dr rij and his wife should be very ashamed of there self's
