Fantastic doctors when you can get through on the phone but you'll spend a good hour on engaged trying to get through and 9 times out of 19 there's no appointments left. Terrible when you need a monthly review on critical medication you can only get through your doctor

Disappointed! You call them from 08:23 (when they open at 08:20) and only at 08:54 you can get in touch with them, that's when they say they are fully booked.... Disgusting

Brilliant service today off the nurse couldn't make it for the appointment at the time I was supposed to go. Got a call off them which is didn't expect and got me in sooner and all sorted with a smile. Thank you for going the extra mile :-) Many thanks Simon

Absolutely disappointed with the whole team. I called the GP in September as my son had two food allergy episodes and I really wanted him to get referred to the hospital to identify the allergens. The doctor told me to keep a food diary and said they will refer my son. After one month when I still didn't get any appointment letter from the hospital, I called the GP to check the status. Guess what, the secretary told me he wasn't referred at all. I sent the email and complained about to the practitioner. They said the secretary gave me the wrong info a test was requested for my son. I called the the hospital again and nothing on the records. Sent the email again to the practitioner to get the details about the requested test and NO REPLY. It is a serious matter for me as without the test my could be at serious life and death situation. AWFUL experience.
