I suggest that everyone who reads these reviews should also check out the other listing on Marsh Lane, which has a rating of 1.6 stars. That listing more accurately reflects the low standard of care provided by this NHS practice, which is funded by our taxes. It's absolutely disgusting how doctors treat their patients. The NHS needs to be revamped, starting with better training on how to treat people who are suffering from diseases (including mental illnesses). Doctors and other healthcare professionals should understand better than anyone that the way they speak to and treat their patients can make things worse instead of better. They even break new doctors who seem to want to bring positive changes, and after a while, these doctors become insensitive and unhelpful, just like the rest at this practice. I won't mention any names, but I'm sure every patient knows who I'm talking about. In the past, I've been denied tests and appointments that were promised but never happened. And then you see these people going on permanent strikes, demanding better pay. But first, they should answer this: why do they deserve better pay when they can't even provide good healthcare? I've lived in many countries around the world, and nowhere have I seen a healthcare system as awful as the one in the UK.

Unable to arrange appointment for daughter. No appointments available for next few weeks. Need to call on the day to see if appointment available on the day. Awful. How are you meant to do this with work/school?

Dr K was very helpful during my appointments with her. It was easy to get an appointment. She diagnosed me quickly and promptly arranged the blood tests and scans, which meant I was treated fast and recovered quickly. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Receptionist for doctor k is so rude and abrupt. Not only been rude to me in the past but also my mom. Needs a few lessons in beside manner! Phoning all morning , it says the lines are busy - yet I go in the surgery whilst still on hold and the phones not even in use what a joke !

I have been with this surgery for the last 6 years. Dr K and all the staff members are very helpful. They always go out of the way to accommodate my family in case an urgent appointment is needed. Dr K is wonderful.
