Shockingly bad services would give zero stars, rude receptionists, surgery doesn't accept appointments online or face to face and to call to get an appointment you have to join a queue at 8am every morning, with no option to book for the future and then get told all appointments have run out try again tommorow. So bad that we've completely changed GPs and are at a much better surgery where you can actually get an appointment even if its a few weeks in the future.

Wasting my time they should answer the phone give the appointment making us people wait for hours on a queue call number then they answer say no appointments it's a absolute joke I would give it 5 stars if it was properly done just say no appointments or give an appointment why make us wait

I can say that Dr Fletcher is an amazing doctor he's so helpful and understanding, and takes time to listen and help, and gives positive advice. Thank you Dr Fletcher

Worst surgery ever, not helpful with anything, always no appointment, they don't care about their patients no matter what's is wrong with you. I regret registering with them
