The surgery is a total waste of space. We very rarely have to go to the doctors as we are a healthy family.whenever we do try we can never get an appointment. We can't be ill by appointment. Recently we have needed a letter for my daughters work place to summarise her epilepsy condition so a risk assessment can be done However this is like getting g blood from a stone We don't need an appointment just a letter. But we don't seem to be able to get this through to them. A phone call has been promised but by going into the surgery it has come to our knowledge they didn't even have the correct number to call even though myself and daughter have given it to them. They only seem bothered with the people who are at the docs all the time they seem to get what they want when they want it..it makes me very angry. We used this doctors as it is conveniently around the corner from home But we will be moving from Here to a surgery further away just to try and get a good service
