Ive been at this practice for over 25 years and have never had any issues with the doctors or practice. The doctors have always ensured Ive received the correct treatment and have I have always gotten better when sick. Dr Khan, Dr Noble, Dr Agarwal, as well as all the other doctors who have treated me over the years have been truly exceptional (god bless). Recently I have realised how uneducated and slow the reception staff are. They completely let this practice down, especially the old white lady who has such a nasty attitude you can see her racism towards to the community. Occasionally I have seen this lady lose her temper with patients and with my Nan. I am still surprised how she is still employed here today. The Indian man whom I believe is a translator, just sits there and doesnt help or support any of the reception staff, even when the queue is out the door I have seen the man just sit there doing absolutely nothing. Its a shame this practice has gone so downhill, I suggest you recruit new people from the local area who want to help the community. Honestly a big reform is needed, the reception team must change. They do not respect the values and principles of the NHS. It makes the doctors who actually help the people look bad. Please read all the reviews as other people feel the same. Our community is suffering. Please do something

I have been a patient at Duncan Street Surgery for many years, and can only say that I am glad - especially when I hear comments regarding other local. surgeries. The Reception staff are helpful and polite, the Doctors have treated myself and my husband and if they are concerned about anything they will refer you to the service you need (we all have our favourite Doctors but it isnt always possible to get them all the time). I personally feel very grateful for all the staff at the Surgery. I know people complain about the appointment system, but the Reception staff do their best - shouting and being rude does not help. Thank you to each and everyone of you at the Surgery for all you do for us both.

No one picked up the phone. It's constant busy and I find that hard to believe how can you book an appointment, you need to set up an online booking system because whoever is on the phone has just left it unhooked all morning.
