This rating very accurately reflects the low standard of care provided by this NHS practice, which is funded by our taxes. It's absolutely disgusting how doctors treat their patients. The NHS needs to be revamped, starting with better training on how to treat people who are suffering from diseases (including mental illnesses). Doctors and other healthcare professionals should understand better than anyone that the way they speak to and treat their patients can make things worse instead of better. They even break new doctors who seem to want to bring positive changes, and after a while, these doctors become insensitive and unhelpful, just like the rest at this practice. I won't mention any names, but I'm sure every patient knows who I'm talking about. In the past, I've been denied tests and appointments that were promised but never happened. And then you see these people going on permanent strikes, demanding better pay. But first, they should answer this: why do they deserve better pay when they can't even provide good healthcare? I've lived in many countries around the world, and nowhere have I seen a healthcare system as awful as the one in the UK.

Dr K is an excellent doctor. She took the time to understand my concerns. The treatment plan she put in place meant I recovered very quickly.

Rung 8am still haven't heard back from them I've rung 4 times since to see what's going on , each time Said docter will call me ... Dr malik is so good there, but Dr kwarwaur is appalling.

Phone constantly on answer phone. After 20 to 25 mins you may just get thru , When asking for a call back as I did 3 days ago concerning medication for my sick dad I still not got anything. Total disregard for patients needs Yet again called again today and still waiting urgent call back. Any short of going there and knocking door you will not get a reaction This place is a joke Am so glad its not my local surgery which is 100% run how a surgery can be run . As I live far away I have to rely on others chasing this for me which I clearly shouldnt have to do but needs must !
