I asked the dentist if he had a long experience because I was very afraid of the dentist and he said that he did not feel comfortable now and he refused me treatment. I am very disappointed with his behavior and will file a complaint against him

Brilliant dentist, been taking my children for years and have my own check ups here too, Asad and team are great all round, and Asad is brilliant with children, really welcoming and engaging.

Awful practice from start to finish, walked in to find half the staff nattering (nothing professional just general gossiping) sitting on there phones, whilst we stood waiting to be greeted/checked in. Eventually after staff decided to go back to work my partner was seen, he was in severe pain had an xray and was informed he had an infection in his tooth / gum (no course of antibiotics were prescribed) however he trusted the professionals and agreed to the recommended filling procedure a week later. My partner expressed he would rather have the tooth removed the dentist was adamant that wasn't necessary. Straight away he noticed the pain hadn't subsided and if anything had increased. A month and a half after the filling was done my partner is in extreme pain and other professionals are mortified by the treatment that had been given, they've essentially trapped the infection. Completely unprofessional staff, and feels like you're going to a back street unqualified practice. If only we had trusted our gut and walked out as soon as we arrived. As for the dentist that carried out the procedure (sadly neither of us remember his name, he needs to go back to studying and have a refresher of some sort to prevent further mishaps like this happening again.
