My son paid 20 to get there and back in a taxi and they couldn't be bothered to phone and cancel. He got there to be told that they couldn't see him cause it was training day

I went as an emergency patient. The young chap on reception was very welcoming and polite. The lady dentist put me at ease straight away and was really lovely. I just wish you had space for me to join your practise.

Terrible service made me wait an hour without telling me i had to wait an hour i was 7 minutes late but they could of told me piss poor service.
