Can't get a reply via email, Facebook or on the phone. Had to call Walsall credit union just to find out some basic information who answered straight away and was helpful.

Takes hours to do transfers of money out of credit union.. sometimes taking 24 hours which is ridiculous when you need the money that day. Customer service is somewhat questionable especially Deb. Definitely not much of a community bank anymore.. in it for the money these days. Leaving people with 40 to last 2 weeks while taking over 60 for a loan every 2 weeks. And the charges for using their debit card is outrageous, just veiwing your balance costs about 20p

Terrible. Partner passed away asked for loan for help with funeral and was told no. I explained my circumstances I was still told no. Never defaulted on my loans, the amount is taken from my wages. No sympathy and compassion. WCU is not the same. Your online system is failing people
