I parked my car outside of a carpet shop and i asked the owner of the shop , can i park my car here and he said yes you can park , he gave me permission to park but today i received a parking ticket of 100/60 I even didn't know that this small parking place is charge able until i received this letter. I went back to owner of shop and told him , he said he cannot do anything. Its kind of fraud they are doing with innocent people, CPS Company and the owner , first Shop owner give you permission to park and then this company send you charge notice, i did the appeal against this, lets see what will happen, maybe I will go to the court if they didn't remove my penalty charge

I had to pay these people even though I spoke with the restaurant staff. Let's hope they will get rich with the amount they are charging. They have got unprofessional and rude people on the other line. They give you 5 days or 1 week to make payments and they send those letters late and blame it on royal mail.

Even though we all know these tickets are not enforceable. I contacted them to ask for my ticket to be rescinded and the response I got back was not professional at all. It was sarcastic and rude so I wouldnt waste your time. Just ignore the 2 or 3 letters theyll send you to try and scare you into paying.
