It was so bad i wish i could if it a 0 but that is not an option so i give you a one !!!!!!!The cafe employees are horrible. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE, plus they kicked a woman out when she just trying to settle her child down ( they also said to a women her son couldnt sit down without buying something from the cafe !?)DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE , I witnessed children come into the store and was treated rudely because of ONE MISTAKE and after they continued to talk about the children to other staff members AND EVEN OTHER COSTUMERS WHICH WERE STRANGERS TO THOSE LITTLE KIDS. I will NOT be returning back to this store and whoever goes and experiences this at the store i hope you can address others to report this to the review system. SORT THIS OUT

Like the food hall can't fine any staff when you need them when i finally find someone they were very helpful and polite

Classic M&S! Great food and reasonably priced if you can get the deals.

Absolute shocker, dishwasher still not repaired, disgrace. Therefore 2 teas served in paper cups, shoddy, one sandwich also put the total at 9:50, you won't be catching me again. And don't start my partner on the state of the ladies toilets. All I all in poor show for a great British institution.

I use M&S regularly! It's my" go to" store! Value for money and quality... Excellent offers ..... Above all very helpful staff! Sadly more staff needed!!!
