        I don't know why they have a PayPoint machine because it never works. They always demand cash for gas/electric top ups. If the machine does work then your card won't (even though there's nothing wrong in other shops). A terrible service.

        A truly terrible shop with rude and uninformed staff! I was advised to go to this store by my electric company after they did a search for stores local to me that have a Pay-Point or Pay-Zone machine for top-ups. They did this as I'm disabled. When I got there I confirmed the machine was working and asked for him to top up my key. He said they don't offer "some" of the Pay-Point services.. Which is a lie! Pay Point said "If they have the machine, they have the ability". But they didn't want to accept the code issued by the electricity company. For the same reason they like cash when topping up because the money goes out of their account straight away and there's a delay in it being credited so it makes their tills down but that's the way it works! If you don't like it, don't offer any of it! Their practices are discriminatory as they're picking their customers. Which is not in line with the contract they have with Pay-Point, nor that Pay-Point has with the electricity and gas companies. They have been reported and I'm sure their contract will be reviewed as I confirmed this was not allowed before writing the review. My honest advice to all is to avoid giving this place a single penny of your money. I, along with my friends and family, will never use it again!

        Possibly the dumbest place I have ever been in. 2 drinks limit because we are by the station when Sainsburys is cheaper and not stupid. Also they cant turn their fridges on and want you to drink warm drinks. Avoid
