Shops clean, some nice things, Manager is awesome some of the staff like to talk about ppl behind their back, maybe change the staff it will get better..

I have to make a return for Hermes/ Amazon, and the staff refused to take the parcel. Although the site shows that the label will be printed in the shop. I printed the label from home and took scissors with me and role band. I felt like I wouldn't be okay with returning the plot. I took the plot and walked 8-10 minutes. when I arrived at the store, the lady at the counter had the intention of taking the label to the printer, but suddenly she told me that I had to come with the label from home. I took the label out of my bag and offered it to him, then he put his hand on the shells, meaning he had the intention, then he told me that the label must be cut by me, without dancing he gives me a pair of scissors I cut the label and glued it on the parcel with my role band. While I was pasting my label, she told me she was not receiving my parcel because it was not covered. I took the parcel exactly as I received one from Hermes, with all the labels on it, I didn't even unpack the parcel. I took pictures, and I left the parcel there, my hands ached because, due to my condition and health, I could not walk with the plot in my hand home and back. how can you ask me to pack the package or maybe if that was you as a staff, you could have been kind. but the her told me "don't leave the package here because I'm going to throw it away, and I don't care about the parcel". My question is why did the staff treat me so badly and rude? why did she did discriminate me? because I'm European and she was British?
