Tiny shop but it has everything you want and need and more besides, even phones!!! Really good and the people who own the business l, it's family run and are friendly so yes, if I'm passing, I'd pop in again

I needed to send a parcel back to get a refund, this shop was the only one I could get to at the time that offers the collection for this type of parcel. The shop owner was standing outside talking to a friend, I'd already gone into the shop before he came back into the shop himself. I asked to send my parcel back and the owner rudely said that his 'assistant' is the only one who knows how to work the handheld scanning machine, and he/she wasn't available. No help whatsoever, especially as I have a deadline to get this parcel returned so as to receive my refund. All the shop owner was bothered about was standing outside in the sun gossiping with a friend. He shouldn't say his shop accepts these kinds of parcels if he doesn't know how to operate the simple scanning machine.
