This store is now under new ownership. The transition is fantastic. The best part, the staff are always friendly and chatty. Its had a real facelift inside and the stock is so much better. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners. The lady in the store is fantastic and always remembers my favorite items. I like it so much I always stop off when passing.

Used this shop for the first time on Friday night 5/11/2021. Will never use again. Bought a bottle of tonic water when I went to use it Saturday night it was flat. Checked date MAY 2021.Rang shop Sunday was told owner not there took phone number and promised a call back. Now waited today as well. Looks like its going to environmental health tomorrow

Just went in this morning to buy a can of monster 07.35....amd if front of the can in massive numbers was the price 1.35....get to the till and tells me it's 1.45...no mate says there 1.35...yes that's the wrong price it's my fault...so I said the price it the price can't be adding 10p onto the price....he said well that's the price...how is it when is says right there...(pointing it out to him) the price stated...then starts offering to show me invoices.. because the price is 1.45 its his mistake for not changing the prices..not one to moan about this sort of thing but I've been working in this area for 5 days and I've had it twice at 2 shops in this area

Visited the shop at 19.40pm tonight on 23rd October. Shop keeper greeted me pleasantly but when I got to the till, if you was another story. On his phone talking to someone the whole time and tried to cut me off talking several times. Seem as customer have ago at him for the same thing on my previous visit and assume he is new but he deserves to be sacked for his rudeness alone. Never going there again on the night time. Much rather walk an extra 5 mins to one stop.
