Just been in bought 30 worth of sales including 3 vapes for 10 which im happy with opened a vape in the car 3 mins after paying the vape didnt work went back in to see server female lady 1230pm who was slightly offensive regarding swapping and said i should try it before leaving shop- 1-you are not a vape shop where i can puff away 2-I would be breaking the law and your licence would be at risk. I am regular in the shop and have seen all comings and goings of staff there is a couple still there who are great but a couple dont seem to want to be there really and trying to tell customers in a bad manner how things should be done you will lose custom. The lady said signs are needed to explain what to do when buying a vape lets see if it happens. Hi again i did eventually get it swapped on the day sorry for confusion but being challenged wasnt in the way i expected Update 26-9 Just went into shop thank you sandeep. Craig vickki and new fella sorry didnt catch name were great amazing as always thanks. My issue was the way i was spoken too about the issue and to be told to try in the shop before leaving made me feel like i was lying the server did change on the day after questioning me which wasnt the way to be dealt with from a customer service manner. I have changed my rating thank you all.
