We called David to give us advice following a structural survey. Very good response time and gave us constructive comments on various issues. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

I have had to edit my review, because unfortunately the report I'd received didn't correlate with what was evident in the property (when I moved in). While the report was well presented, given to me within the agreed time frame and written coherently, I found myself with issues in the property, which the report claimed wasn't (an issue). I'm now having to pay out a substantial amount to correct the problems in the property. Having contacted Integrity for clarification (as to how an error like this could occur), the answers I received were somewhat vague and ultimately unsatisfactory (in my opinion). However, they did provide me with their complaints procedure, which I will follow.

Called them to ask for some advice, spoke with Dave for 10 minutes about my problem, he gave me some really useful advice, really appreciated considering I have not been a customer previously.

Bought a full structural survey. Needless to say, quality service received and a very satisfied customer. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Integrity Surveying were very helpful and accommodating. They provided us with a detailed and comprehensible report of our property. This was really useful in the process of purchasing our property. They were also available to answer any questions that we had.
