Jamie, and the rest of the lads have been awesome, Love the environment you guys have the jokes and banter as a customer to be even included in it, i went to another dealer another staff member (cant remember his name sorry) used to work at jesus wept the service over there i ran out of that place straight to here.... From my first visit, to the end of picking up my new car and even contacting me afterwards to see how i was getting along was great, Thankyou again jamie for setting up the car because im useless navigating new things it takes me a while! All i had was silly questions if im honest and the handover was super quick because he set it up before i turned up bossman thankyou. Its been an absolute pleasure Edit; STILL bloody Amazing My car was telling me i needed oil change i rang up, it did not so they re-setted it for me without even going to the car i was bloody amazed Thankyou guys!!!

Really disappointing experience. Wanted an Ateca that was in Wolverhampton, their site confirms they will deliver to your local branch. Tried for several weeks to get this done, tried to reserve the car, spoke to Crewe branch and was told they would sort, neither did and now the car has been sold. Review is in no way a reflection on the experience given from Graham at Wolverhampton, who was stretched and when available, was helpful as he could be. Provided useful video and insight. Just a huge shame the service on their site is not honoured, and their part ex valuations are woefully short of the true price of your vehicle.
