Joke of a service was told to pick my new car up at 3 oclock so I booked half a day off but then didnt get the car till nearly 6 oclock then after this iv now had a number of problems with the car including scratches on the front and back bumper which I was told to bring back and it would be sorted and to book an appointment when I collect the car from having the other issues sorted which are still not sorted so on collection and trying to book an appointment for the scratches I was told its 50/50 if they would do this after I was told they would so I told them to have the car back after spending a lot of money for this car they then said we will contact you tomorrow to discuss this problem which once again iv had to ring them back a day later after hearing nothing for them then to tell me the car was left with no marks on it and its must of been done when we took the car from the branch the branch and the stuff we have dealt with o are unprofessional I asked to spoke to a manager and was told there was only one on site and he was with a customer then 5 minutes later a motor bike pulls up outs and theres 2 managers out having a laugh and a joke with the bike rider which we have now found out the bike rider is another manager for a different branch I am discussed is this company and would never use them again there will be a formal complaint going in quick enough to sell you the car dont want to sort any problems out like they said they would

I went in today with my mom. The receptions were nice and greeted us. Then we sat down with one of the associates (Danny). I just thought he was quite patronising and condescending in the way he was coming across. We explained what we were looking for and there was only one potential match, but we werent interested in the end. Just felt that he rushed the process, wasnt very willing to help (in regards to finding the car), and overall, just didnt feel listened to. The customer service and approach were satisfactory at best.
