Sugar Rush Cakes by Marie

We ordered our Wedding cake through Marie after having countless good experiences with birthday cakes. We opted for a part vegan sponge (to caterer for various dietary requirements) and part rice crispy cake. Both tiers were phenomenal and I can't recommend her higher.

Sugarrush helped my vision for my three wedding cakes come to life. I could not have been happier and all of the guests commented on how beautiful they were. I went into this store to find out how early to place an order for my nieces birthday cake. The lady didnt bother coming to the front to speak to me - was answering me from the back of the store. Refused to answer my questions the conversation went like this :- How long does it take to make this cake - it varies which came I want this cake - it varies how long to make so how do I know when to order the cake for the party - it doesnt work like that. . I had a already taken a leaflet before this conversation but after this awful unfriendly unhelpful interaction I threw the leaflet in the bin. Plenty of helpful friendly cake shops around that are actually happy to help and can answer a simple question of how early in advance do I place an order - the most basic question you get asked in a cake shop. Wont ever be ordering from here
