Well Lane Cafe Ltd

Decent but not very good tea and coffee. On my recent visit after posting this review which I have rated above average. For food . I decided to ask for my teabag to be left in the mug so I could get more flavour in my tea. I ordered 2 breakfasts and asked for some items to be exchanged for other items. Whilst waiting for my breakfast I was going through the menu with my partner and commenting how nice some of the lunches sounded and how we should try lunch one day. When I was approached by a member of staff who I interrupted and sarcastically said I didnt think you liked our tea and coffee why are you drinking it. It made me feel really uncomfortable. How rude and unprofessional. I sat there thinking is this for real . Our food came none of the items had been changed and my vegetarian sausages looked raw. I approached the female staff member and said to her that was really rude what you just did you made me feel very uncomfortable. She said why you drinking the tea you said you don't like it . You only gave us 3 stars . I don't need your opinion. Then she marched me out the cafe even started pushing me . How unprofessional I told her to go to back to customer service school. The tea and coffee is bad but I said the food was decent your not exactly a 5 star establishment. Very Bizarre.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian breakfast Kid-friendliness: Plastic plates and cutlery , high chair , staff love the kids Parking: Lots of parking space Wheelchair accessibility: I have seen a wheelchair brought in, small step but doubt a mobility scooter would be able to get in
