        What service, the quality of the replacement blind slats (made to measure), the competitive price, the ease of fitting, the packaging and the delivery. My order was delivered 3 weeks early and all in a time when postal services are at an all time low. This family business made be feel like a valued customer by including a lovely letter describing their business and contact details if there were any issues. Oh and the blinds look great too. Thank you.
