Just called to report a card found "they can't contact the owner" cut the card up, no details taken and put the phone down on me!!!! How rude so much for trying to do the right thing!!!!

If you are in hurry do not visit this branch of Halifax. You must wait there is 2 hour before before serve . It's there normal protocol for every customer. They not even deserves 1 star

I have just attended once. "First impression matters". a strong saying. I am really pleased with the attention i received from the young lady that came to assist me. I was one the queue ( a little bit long ), wondering how long it would take to be my turn as I left my baby at home for the first time with her dad. There and then came this lady that was soft spoken and patient. She help with my cheque deposit, while explaining how I could do it next time. She also worked on my card which I had disabled as a result of misplacement. I ended leaving earlier than I thought . .
