        What a joke of a bank - I have been ringing constantly for 2 days to stop an account of a deceased relative. They just do not answer the phone. It cuts off after 6 minutes and then you have to do it all again!! PS: At 16:23 on the second day the phone was answered!! PPS: Dan thinks a 2 day wait is a good thing? Just for clarity, I was ringing the branch NOT the other number on the website.
