My partner and I went into the bank for our appointment with Stephanie with very little idea of what to expect or what we were doing, frankly. We hadn't visited the bank for several years and had made very few changes to our accounts in that time. When we arrived, Stephanie was extremely welcoming, approachable, helpful, and informative. We walked into the bank expecting a rushed, tedious process but Stephanie not only made everything we wanted to do totally straight-forward, she also spent much needed time explaining our options to us. The appointment was relaxed, accessible, patient, and we walked out of our appointment feeling relieved and more in control of our finances. We're committed to visiting the bank annually now for the wonderful support and information we received whilst there. Thank you, Stephanie!
