Went here a few months ago and it was great, thought we would give it another go before taking a party of 15 in August. I have never been treated so bad in a restaurant. No salad to go with anything, they had run out but we were not informed of this. The meal was soggy uncooked and raw, nobody asked if it was ok. After informing the waitress she said she would return to our table but nobody came. Our meals were threw at us we had to chase for sauces etc when I asked for my meal to be refunded not having eaten any of it I was then made wait 35 minutes whilst the waitress tried to contact Simon the manager. I was told the best they could do was take 50 per cent off. So many people were complaining that night I felt so sorry for the staff. No doubt management will reply with the same defensive attitude they had on the night. Such a shame it has the potential to be a really nice place.
