Went to visit my dad today he looked really well & settled in the lounge with the other residents a big thank you to Mike for mending dad's wheelchair in response to the review from Chris Hall my dad's room has never smelt of urine!

Went to visit my father in law, number of staff on there phone's while I walked past , which is a regular thing,got to his room and noticed his cather bag was full and needed changing he was still in his PJ's it was almost 10am when I visited him, and every time I visit it smells of urine constantly .

My Aunt aged 96 has been at East Park Court for a number of months now. She has been extremely well looked after and the home is beautifully clean and modern with en-suite facilities. She has settled in very well and staff are extreme caring and always keep me informed of her well being/updates. Really pleased with the care she is receiving but as well as this my Aunt appears very happy. Thank you to the staff who look after her!
