I made an appointment and on arrival she has double booked me and upon explaining my age to her she made a unsettling comment. She did offer an appointment an hour later but after speaking face to face I didn't feel she was right for me.

Amazing. After having treatment I came away very relaxed, glowing and ready to face the world. Ill definitely be going back for further treatments. I had an event on Saturday which would normally send my anxiety through the roof, I was so calm, what a relief. I met up with Tracy today from St Catherines house, all I can say at the moment is wow. Ive walked out like Im floating on air, I know that some of the treatments I had will be ongoing and not always immediate, however right now I feel so relaxed, calm and glowing! I talked about my reasoning why I was there, I believe Im post menopausal but still wear HRT as a back up, I have had other personal things go in my my life that can, at times, make me anxious, Tracy was on that for me, and Im hoping the way I feel right now will continue and knowing Im going to have top ups already is making me feel less anxious, relaxed and if Im honest excited. Im a tough cookie to crack I dont deny that but, ladies, I would strongly recommend you speak with Tracy and book yourself in. Amazing!

I had a wonderful hour long pregnancy massage, and I left feeling very light and relaxed. Tracy was so lovely and it was reassuring having someone with both medical/midwifery knowledge as well as the holistic approach. I will definitely be booking in again! Thank you

A wonderful experience in Tracy's hands. After a very hectic few weeks and feeling all round achy after a lovely massage I felt like a new person. Cant wait to book my next treatment!
