Poor service, try to rip you off by selling services that they dont need to provide you, no longer members of any supervisory bodies so complaint processes have minimal value as they are not interested, and when you raise concerns they terminate your contract, keep the fees and tell you not to contact them anymore because they dont want to know.

Thandi Nicholls accountants Wolverhampton I have used this company to complete my tax return for about 3 years . 1st few years were ok - ish .. Last year things started to go downhill - the accountant dealing with my file came across very awkward when I spoke to her regarding a query regarding a large quote she gave me out of the blue in addition to the normal fixed fees regarding completion of CGT . She raised her voice and spoke to me as if I should know - so why am I asking her !!!! I was still a bit confused , but I managed to get through it and got the tax return sorted . I did not complain and just left it as that . Then this year I contacted the company again regarding the 22/23 tax return with another similar query . I thought ok lets give them another chance - the accountant last year may just of been having a bad day that time . This time I was forwarded to an ASSISTANT accountant time . This individual totally made up my mind that I will NOT be using this company anymore for Future business . He not only was telling / giving me conflicting information from what I was told in the previous year regarding CGT . It also seemed to me he wanted to create more work for himself so he could charge me extra fees on top of the normal fixed fee . Work that seemed unnecessary from what I was told previously. If there is no need - then why does one need information to create more work so you can charge the client ?????? Desperate for business or what !!!!!!So there were inconsistencies between the accountant partners . So I decided - no more nonsense from these people -I have little confidence in them now . So No recommending them - instead will tell others to avoid them if they do appear on their Google search when searching for new accountant etc So time for a change in accountants .
