I was being treated by Dr Woodhouse who is a very good diagnostician. I was waiting for results from a test & Dr Williams rang me to give me the results. When she asked me if there was anything else. I asked for her help. She was on speakerphone as my husband & myself were having lunch in the kitchen. She asked if I had insurance, when I asked her to clarify, she said going to a private doctor would be the wayforward as I had complex problems. Was shocked at this.

On recommendation of my previous Gp myself and my partner joined Wolston surgery. The Doctors and nurses that we have spoken to have been excellent. Sadly a reception staff member, surprise, was suggesting my partner was rude when actually my partner had suggested she was too. I understand working conditions are difficult (for us all)at the moment but it does not give nhs staff or other the right to stand their ground and continue their bad manners when theyre upset by someone THEY are saying was rude! My partner did not want a slanging match, but unfortunately was made to feel that the staff member did. After they profusely apologised, sadly the staff did not. Maturity or lack of professionalism either way a disappointment from a surgery staff member.
