        I have used them for engraved gifts a few times and I have not yet been disappointed. Every order has arrived on time and well packaged. I once complained of a faulty item and it was replaced without cost straight away. Will continue to use TT :)

        Quick and efficient. I received an email at every stage; order received, being made up, goods despatched. Placed order about 11am and the keyrings arrived the next day. On a previous order, one of the keyrings had a fault (it would have been difficult for TT to know about it when they sent it). Reported it and I received a replacement the following morning along with an envelope to return the faulty item. If all suppliers were like this, shopping online would be entirely stress free.
