Massive recommend from me - popped in just for the one with the dog. Everyone was really friendly, chatted with a few people (staff and customers) and took my pint out to the beer garden, which is really spacious and ideal for dogs and children! Big lawn area which is great. Quality of beer was high. Had a chat with Steven (Stephen?) who think used to be chairman - absolutely spot and excellent taste in music! Have to mention that I came in after an awful experience at a different establishment which shall remain namelessthey claim to be dog friendly but are pretty much the opposite. So it was brilliant to come to the Charles Atwood where so many people came to say hello to my dog, asking about him and even bringing him some water. If youre in Wolsingham, you like people and you like a couple of drinks, pop in!
