Matthew Nicholas are a fabulous agent to work with and I highly recommend them. All members of the team are friendly, personable, efficient & knowledgeable. Their communication is excellent and they really do go above and beyond with the service they provide. Our purchase was challenging and the team were incredibly supportive and patient throughout, they were proactive, on the ball and, without their diligence and intervention with 3rd parties, I very much doubt we would have been able to move in the required timescales.

From the initial viewing to the final completion, the guys at Matthew Nicholas have been fantastic. They have kept us informed of progress though out the process and have gone out of their way to actively chase things up without hiding behind emails. I would definitely recommend this company with a personal shout out to Jack Postles who has looked after us. 5 star.

Matthew Nicholas sold mine and my husbands house. They have such high standards of honesty and service. Something I never thought I would find in an estate agent. Nothing is too much trouble and this estate agent will go out of their way to sell your house for the best price possible. I dealt with Nick, Paul and Jack. It doesnt matter who you speak to as they are all so easy to deal with. You get regular updates and are made to feel as if you are their only customer. Jack managed my sale and was brilliant throughout. First class service I would highly recommend.
