        Brilliant service. Show your red card and ID snd there you go. Unfortunately the issue is the people who come into the collection office. Your the problem not the staff. Ans everyone jumping on the bandwagon of slagging off the staff The truth is the people of the surrounding area who are rude and Feel entitled because they live in Stourbridge or Hagley etc. Jumped up stuck up fools must find it annoying mixing with people they see below them
