        WOW what a difference Nigel has made to my day to day life and sleeping. I suffered a server back injury damaging 4 discs at the age of 26 which had a huge impact on my day to day life. I have almost constantly been in pain since I hurt my back. My local GP only wants to prescribe drugs. Surgeon offered no support. Nigel was recommended by some colleagues, who have used him previously. I made the call and was booked in the same day! Didn't know what to expect or what could be done. From the consultation and first session (same day) the difference was remarkable. I could twist and turn without any paid. Getting in and out of my car was always an issue, that was rectified immediately. 3 sessions in, I feel that good in myself, I have resumed training, something I haven't done since I was 28. I feel great. I've only had 4 sessions! The difference in myself, the way I walk, sleep and feel is remarkable, truly is, never did I believe it would make this much difference I suffered with my back pain for years before seeking help, my advice is please do not put it off any longer. I wish I could put into words how grateful I am and the difference it has made. Leaving this review and spreading the word is my thank you.
