        Products are really badly made and not fit for purpose. Had a wheelchair from here and it fell apart within weeks.

        Ordered online 2 items to help my elderly father-in-law whilst staying with me for a week. Paid for next day delivery so it would arrive quickly. I item arrived 2 days later and second had been missed off and wouldnt be sent till Monday as they dont work weekends. That was 6 days after we ordered and paid for it. Surely if you are selling products that help disabled people and they pay for next day surely it is important that you just do what you say you are going to do and not think a week later is acceptable!
