        The real AMS UK was dissolved in September 2021. An active scammer has taken over and are currently ( October 2021) making scam insurance calls.

        Got a call from somebody claiming to be from Accident Management Solutions today. Once they realised I'm not going to use their services they just hung up the phone. As from the call, it is clear that they are a bunch of straight up criminals using illegally obtained information without proper consents and opt out management. Once I found out what the company is (they didn't mention this), I said I'll contact the ICO for GDPR breach and wanted them to delete my details (they have to do this on request by law), but they just hung up before I could say anything. I urge everyone who gets a cold call from them to take 5 minutes (seriously, that's all it takes) to fill out an ICO complaint online and maybe we'll eventually get rid of such fraudulent businesses and they'll pay enormous fines for illegal activity
