Stourbridge Hypnotherapy Practice

I came to Deborah after many failed attempts of therapy throughout my life. Needing help with anxiety for the past 21 years, I was giving up hope on ever feeling 'normal like everyone else'. However, my only regret after finishing many sessions with Deborah, is that I didn't start it sooner. Deborah has changed my life more than I ever expected and taught me skills which (in my own words), make me feel 'unstoppable' in every task I do. I cannot thank Deborah enough for everything she has taught and helped me with. Now, I am doing things such as volunteering, that I never would have done before due to anxiety. I cannot recommend Deborah enough, I wish I would've found her sooner.

I cant believe the difference that these sessions have made to my life. David took the time to really get to the root cause of my panic attacks and associated anxieties. Having spent years being terrified of an increasing number of everyday situations, I no longer give them a second thought. It really has given me my life back, and restored me to Me. I would highly recommend David as an extremely talented clinical hypnotherapist, sensitive to the needs and challenges faced by his clients.
