        Booked a cleaning service fortnightly. Was promised an email confirmation which I didn't receive. I was assured on a telephone follow up that my appt was booked and she'd just forgotten to confirm by email bu6y would do so. Still didn't happen and no-one showed up on the day- no call or communication before or after. Disappointing as wanted to use a local business for this particular service but ended up with a morning wasted waiting in.
