Do you want to live ? Then keep yourself away from this hospital. Massive negative. The gynaecologist gives my wife a 2-minute consultation and sends home with internal bleeding. She saw the doctor on Wednesday (stourside hospital), and on Friday, my wife had lived saving surgery in a different hospital. She was pregnant, but the gynecologist doesn't bother to check that basic fact! Is a simple money taking from NHS. We are shocked !!!!

I wish I would be able to give 0 stars. Please don't go there. I beg you actually! I had bleeding over 4 weeks, feels poorly and keep loosing weight (over 12kg in 3 months time). Once I call Gp practice,they refers me to the gynaecologist intermittently.After my visit to the hospital in Stourbridge, the Gynaecologist wants to do ASAP hysteroscopy without even checking if I'm pregnant,without any blood tests. I was depressed and shocked. when i ask if is painful she said ,,yes but you will menage"- i never heard that before. My visit there last 2 minutes. Simply taking money from NHS dosnt bother about you at all. I back to my GP, exhausted with bleeding, scared and hopeless. I cried and said my gP I will not back to that hospital never ever again. I was referred to New Cross Hospital in Wolverhampton again for a scan. My GP looks surprised i dint reciwvws any mwds ro stop bleeding and nobody didn't even do scan. In New Cross hospital 3 days leater They confirm I'm pregnant - unfortunately, it was ectopic pregnancy, and I need live saving emergency surgery. it was heartbreaking for us. we tried so many years, and now this. also i cant belive Gynecologist where I was 3 days ago didn't bother to do a scan and with life threatening condition. When I said in hospital what lady in Stourbridge want to do they can't belive. Hysteroscopy is filling ureters with water, my pregnancy was in right tube over 8 weeks old. If she would done this today I wouldn't write this comment. I would be dead. Dorn go there please save your live. On my side I will.not leave this for sure!

Referred by my gp for female sterilisation. The consultation felt very rushed. I left feeling quite shocked. The consultant had incorrect documentation about my case and I felt very dismissed when explaining my concerns. Second opinion sought.

I have had a fantastic experience here at Stourside Hospital. After a recent surgery I developed some small complications which required some check-ups with the nursing staff. I was always seen promptly and treated with care. Nurse Dania, who has looked after me in a number of appointments, deserves a special mention. She was able to turn what could have been a stressful situation into exceptional patient care. She has a brilliant attitude - is always smiling, and is extremely professional, friendly and funny. She succeeded at keeping my spirits up throughout a tiring recovery timeline. I couldn't be happier with the care I have received - brilliant, brilliant nursing team.
